Leadership

Pastor Rick has been with Crossroads Baptist Church since 2009. He has served the church and the Lord in several capacities including Sunday school teacher, Board of Directors treasurer, and property committee chair. Pastor Rick's wife serves as the music director for the church.

Amos joined the office in September 2025.  With over 10 years of accounting experience, Amos is a committed Christian who supports effective ministry operations. Recently graduating as a software developer, he is passionate about using technology to enhance faith-based and community initiatives.

Joanna started working in the office in August of 2021. Joanna also teaches Sunday school and serves on the property committee.
