Leadership

Pastor Rick has been with Crossroads Baptist Church since 2009. He has served the church and the Lord in several capacities including Sunday school teacher, Board of Directors treasurer, and property committee chair. Pastor Rick's wife serves as the music director for the church.

Beth joined the office in January 2020 after retiring  from 20 years at a school district. Beth also co-teaches a ladies' Bible study and leads a ladies life group.

Joanna started working in the office in August of 2021. Joanna also teaches Sunday school and serves on the property committee.
